For any breed of dog up to the age of 6 months.

These group training classes include 6x 1 hour sessions to cover all the basic life skills your new puppy will need for daily life. You will be learning alongside other people and their puppies. Therefore, your puppy must be okay with being around others.

We will cover the following behaviours

  • Sit

  • Lay Down

  • Recall

  • Leave It

  • Stay

  • Drop

  • Loose Lead Walking

  • Place/Settle

  • Mental Stimulation games and why they’re so important

  • Body Language

4 week course - £70

For any breed of dog between 6 - 18 months old.

Between these ages, your dog is growing into an adult dog meaning they have more desire to interact with people/dogs and it can feel like they suddenly aren’t listening to you like they did before. In our Adolescent classes, we work on developing the skills learnt in puppy classes but with more distractions.

We work on the following

  • Progressing your dogs recall by incorporating harder distractions

  • Building your dogs ability to walk nicely on a lead around more distractions

  • Increase the distance on your dog’s ‘stay’

  • Progressing on your dog’s ‘leave by adding more distractions

  • Work on polite greetings with other dogs and focus exercises

Start building your puppy’s confidence with our Puppy Socialisation Package.

One of the most vital parts of a puppy’s early life is socialisation. This is about getting your puppy used to the outside world and things they will encounter in their lifetime and forming positive associations. By doing this early on, you’re setting your dog up for a much more happy and confident life ahead.

Puppy Socialisation Packages are tailored to the individual but can involve the following

- Taking your puppy to the vets / groomers
- Taking your puppy to dog friendly shops / pubs
- Taking your puppy to busy streets
- Getting them used to water
- Getting them used to different home environments such as..
• People coming to the door
•Being around the hoover
•Getting them used to being handled

1-1 training sessions

A 1-1 session is perfect for a dog who prefers to learn on their own in a familiar environment rather than a class.

1x 1 hour session - £40

2x 1 hour sessions - £70

3x 1 Hour Sessions - £100

4x 1 Hour Sessions - £120

All 1:1 training sessions are done in familiar environments for the dog such as their house/garden. Depending on what behaviour we’re teaching, the sessions may progress to public places such as a park or the town etc.

Please remember that to see a positive difference in your dogs behaviour, training has to be kept up in between sessions.

For bookings made more than 10 miles away from Sandy, Bedfordshire there is a 45p per mile charge added.
